James J. Randall, Sr.
is a shareholder in the Monett law firm of Randall, Masri & Randall P.C. He has practiced law for nearly 50 years. Mr. Randall's practice focuses on litigation, medical/legal issues, business transactions and estate planning. He is a former bankruptcy examiner for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Randall has lectured to attorneys, CPAs, insurance adjusters and medical personnel. He earned his A.B. degree from Rockhurst College and his J.D. degree from St. Louis University. Mr. Randall is a member of The Missouri Bar, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts of Missouri and Arkansas.

Duane H. Wunsch
is vice president and Wisconsin state counsel for Fidelity National Title Group. He has more than 30 years of experience, including searching and examining titles, closing transactions, and handling title insurance claims. Mr. Wunsch is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, Wisconsin Land Title Association and State Bar of Wisconsin. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.

Sheri Kanesaka
is of counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. She focuses her practice on litigation involving title issues (perfection, rights, restrictions), lien security and priority disputes, bad faith title insurance claims, escrow negligence, tax liens, and bankruptcy matters. Ms. Kanesaka earned her B.A. degree from University of California at Berkeley and her J.D. degree from University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she teaches as an adjunct professor.

is an attorney with Swanson Bernard, LLC where he practices in the areas of construction, land use, church, commercial litigation, business, contract, employment, probate litigation, appellate practice, transportation and corporate law. He is admitted to practice in Kansas and Missouri, and before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Claims, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth circuits, and the U.S. District Court for the districts of Kansas and Missouri. Mr. Freeman is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan, Kansas and American bar associations, as well as The Missouri Bar. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. Mr. Freeman served as the mayor pro of the Fifth largest city in his state and served on the board of directors for his state's municipal league.
