Paul Evans
is a principal attorney at Beasley Allen Law Firm. He currently focuses on class actions, commercial litigation, and bad-faith insurance cases. Mr. Evans earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Troy University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. He is a member of several professional associations, including the Alabama State Bar, where he was appointed to serve on the Lawyers in the Classroom Committee for the 2024-2025 bar year, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and the Alabama Association for Justice. Mr. Evans also provides pro bono service through the Middle District of Alabama's Pro Se Litigant Assistance Program. He is admitted to practice law in Alabama.

Mary-Ellen W. King
is a partner and litigator at Lucosky Brookman LLP. She has 22+ years of experience in leading both legal and management operations. Ms. King has a strong history in identifying issues, advising clients, assisting clients in capitalizing on areas of opportunity, advising clients on litigation avoidance, leading internal training efforts, developing effective teams and efficient processes, dispute resolution, litigation management, and trying cases. Her primary focus is complex insurance coverage litigation, commercial litigation, business litigation, general civil litigation, and real estate litigation. Ms. King has extensive experience in representing insurers and insurance companies in complex coverage litigation matters in the states of Texas, Louisiana, and Alabama and federal courts nationwide. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Alabama and her J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. Ms. King is a member of the State Bar of Texas, State Bar of Louisiana, and State Bar of Alabama. She is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals – Fifth and Eleventh Circuit, United States District Court of Texas – Northern, Southern, Eastern, Western, United States District Court of Alabama – Middle, Northern, Southern, United States District Court of Louisiana – Eastern, Middle, Western, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), and ClaimsXChange.

is a veteran trial attorney and the Managing Partner for Louisiana at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB), where he leads complex civil litigation matters and advises clients on risk management, technology, and emerging issues at the intersection of law and innovation. In addition to his firm leadership role, he is the co-founder and co-owner of InGlobo AI, an AI consulting and education company he operates with his brother, Scott Harrell. Through InGlobo AI, Mr. Harrell works directly with lawyers, law firms, and professional organizations to help them understand, adopt, and govern artificial intelligence in a manner that is practical, secure, and ethically defensible. He is a certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP), a credential awarded by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) recognizing demonstrated expertise in AI governance, risk management, and responsible deployment. He has also pursued extensive formal education in artificial intelligence, ethics, and applied technology, earning a broad portfolio of AI-related certifications from leading universities and industry organizations. His training spans generative AI, prompt engineering, AI governance, risk management, and responsible deployment, with coursework and credentials from institutions such as IBM, Oxford Saïd, Vanderbilt University, the University of Michigan, the London School of Economics, and other globally recognized programs.
