Brandon C. Elkins-Barkley
is an attorney with the law firm of Cross Glazier Reed Burroughs, PC, where his practice is focused on complex family law litigation, tax, and the division of various types of retirement and employment benefits. He provides comprehensive family legal services involving custody disputes and parenting issues, while also representing high-net-worth clients with complex benefits packages and financial issues. As a family law attorney with over a decade of experience, Mr. Elkins-Barkley regularly teaches other attorneys about retirement and employee benefits and how those assets are handled in divorce cases. He earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University, his J.D. degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his Masters of Law in taxation from the University of Denver. Mr. Elkins-Barkley is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association.

Matthew P. Dinn
is a partner with the Indianapolis law firm of Popcheff & Dinn, LLP and focuses most of his practice on family law issues. He also owns Brightline Legal Consulting, a practice management and practice development company that helps solo and small firm attorneys become better business owners. Mr. Dinn also assists small business clients with contracts, policies and strategic planning. He is an active member in the Indiana State Bar Association and Association of Family and Conciliatory Courts (AFCC), and a former member of the Second Indiana State Bar Association Leadership Development Academy. Mr. Dinn regularly volunteers with the Indianapolis State Bar Association and sits on the IndyBar Pro Bono Committee, in addition to being a volunteer guardian ad litem for Kids' Voice of Indiana. He earned his B.A. degree from DePauw University and his J.D. degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Andrew Boykin
is an associate who maintains a broad civil litigation practice. He represents individuals, businesses, and public entities in a variety of disputes, bringing a detail-oriented approach shaped by his background in journalism and public defense. A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Mr. Boykin earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism, summa cum laude, from Appalachian State University, where he also worked with the athletics department’s communications team. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he gained practical experience with the Champaign County Public Defender and served on the school’s Moot Court team, arguing a First Amendment case in national competition. Mr. Boykin previously clerked with a Champaign, Illinois firm, developing experience in property and commercial law. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and is a member of both the Evansville and Indiana State bar associations.

Julie C. Dixon
is a shareholder at Dixon & Mosely, P.C. where she practices in the areas of family law, including complex financial components of domestic relations, business matters and estates. She has co-written, taught and researched several articles on family law and domestic relations matters. Ms. Dixon earned her B.S. degree from the Indiana University, Bloomington and her J.D. degree from the Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis. She is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and Boone County bar associations. Ms. Dixon practices in counties throughout the state of Indiana.

Luisa M. White
is an attorney practicing primarily in the areas of civil litigation, criminal defense, and family law. She is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana (2013); and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana (2013). Ms. White began her career volunteering for District 4 Pro Bono Corporation and Indiana Legal Services, Inc. in Lafayette, Indiana where she was awarded the "Pro Bono Attorney of the Year" in 2013. She was then hired to manage and direct Wabash Valley Volunteer Attorneys, Inc., a Pro Bono corporation managed by the Indiana Bar Foundation, where she single-handedly operated legal aid programs in eight Indiana counties that provided legal services to the indigent population. In 2014, Ms. White went on to private practice when she joined Raquet, Vandenbosch & Steele, in Kokomo, Indiana as an associate where she represented many individuals in the areas of criminal law, family law, and civil litigation. In 2016, she was hired as Deputy Public Defender for Howard County, where she provided legal assistance to individuals with limited resources and was invited to join Gambs Mucker & Bauman in Lafayette, Indiana where her work focused mostly on civil litigation, family law, and criminal law. Ms. White is now an independent practitioner dedicated to providing personalized legal services while building strong, long-term attorney-client relationships. She is fluent in Spanish and works closely with Hispanic communities all over Indiana assisting them with various civil and criminal matters that affect their immigration status. Ms. White earned her B.A. degree from Purdue University, her M.A. degree from Valparaiso University and her J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.

Donna J. Bays
is the founder of Bays Family Law in Zionsville, Indiana. Ms. Bays has been practicing law in Indiana for more than 30 years. Her practice is focused on family law matters such as divorce, child custody, parenting time, paternity, parenting coordination, pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Ms. Bays is a certified family law specialist, certified by ISBA Family Law Certification Board, a registered domestic relations mediator, and a trained parenting coordinator. She is also a frequent speaker at continuing legal education events for lawyers and other professionals. Ms. Bays earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Ball State University and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She is an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association. Ms. Bays is also a member of the Sagamore Inn of Court, Hamilton County Bar Association, Boone County Bar Association, Hendricks County Bar Association, and Indianapolis Bar Association.
