She assists employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including issues, such as employee discipline and termination, reasonable accommodations, leave entitlements, wage and hour issues, and human resource policies and handbooks. Ms. Bradley conducts internal employment investigations on behalf of clients, makes recommendations, and prepares employer responses to administrative charges, including charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also assists in defending employers in cases alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), among others. Mr. Adams is a member of the bar of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and numerous federal district courts. He was the primary author of the 2006 Pennsylvania Mechanics' Lien Law Amendments, which substantially changed and modernized the Pennsylvania Mechanics' Lien Law. He is co-chair of our Labor and Employment Practice Group, is a former general counsel for an international service company who concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law, commercial law, and regulatory and government affairs. Mr. Maddaloni represents management in all phases of labor and employment law. He is a seasoned traditional labor lawyer who counsels and represents clients on labor matters, including union avoidance techniques, organizing campaign strategy, contract negotiation and administration. Mr. Maddaloni also assists in resolving unfair labor practice charges. He also represents management in general employment litigation and counseling matters concerning discharge, discrimination and harassment, non-compete and restrictive covenants, wage and hour, severance and separation agreements, disciplinary actions, and the development of policies and procedures. She has more than 25 years of experience representing employers across industry sectors in all aspects of federal and state labor and employment law. Effective January 1, 2022, Ms. Armstrong was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve as a member of its Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law. She served as a member again in 2023. Additionally, Ms. Armstrong was appointed to serve on the District Ethics Committee for District VIII (DEC VIII); the term of appointment commenced on September 1, 2022, and continues through August 31, 2026. She earned her B.A. degree from Monmouth University and her J.D. degree from Seton Hall University Law School. What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.

Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives a special discount off of their total tuition.
When will the OnDemand be available and how long will I have access to the content?
