is an associate in the Nashville Hub of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer P.A. She concentrates her practice on workers' compensation and insurance defense, representing employers, carriers, and third-party administrators across Tennessee and Florida. Ms. Glass's work spans from initial claim assessment through mediation and trial, with experience drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and managing complex discovery matters. Dedicated to practical problem-solving, she balances technical precision with strong client communication to achieve efficient and cost-effective results. Her background includes extensive experience in litigation strategy, mediation preparation, and coverage analysis across both state and federal jurisdictions. Ms. Glass earned her J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she concentrated in advocacy and dispute resolution. She served as articles editor for the Tennessee Journal on Law and Policy. While in law school, Ms. Glass received multiple CALI Awards and the Jones Leadership Medallion for her commitment to pro bono service. Before law school, she earned her B.S. degree in political science from Florida State University, graduating with honors and dual minors in international relations and political thought. Licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Florida, Ms. Glass is admitted to the Western and Middle Federal District courts of Tennessee.

is an attorney with Allen, Summers, Simpson, Lillie & Gresham, PLLC. His legal career has been devoted to the representation of employers in employment related matters. Mr. Washburn represents national and international clients in all areas of employment law with emphasis in the Fair Labor Standards Act (wage and hour), Family Medical Leave Act, workers' compensation defense, Title VII claims defense and affirmative action compliance matters to include corporate representation during Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP) audits and Affirmative Action Plan drafting. He has successfully represented corporate clients in courts across the state of Tennessee, to include the Tennessee Supreme Court and Tennessee Supreme Court Special Workers' Compensation Panel, as well as the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Mr. Washburn also has successfully represented corporate clients before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). He also drafts and revises employee handbooks and personnel policies, and assists corporate clients in compliance issues involving the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) WARN Act and other federal and state labor laws. Mr. Washburn has written several programs for use at various continuing legal education seminars and corporate conventions and has been published by the Club Managers Association of America. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of North Alabama and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis School of Law. is a partner with Morgan & Akins, PLLC. He has over 25 years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong emphasis on general civil litigation defense matters including workers' compensation, automobile and trucking liability, governmental tort liability, premises liability, and products liability. In addition, Mr. Willis has significant experience both at the state and federal levels on employment law and black lung claims. He has also successfully handled cases before the appellate courts of Tennessee, including the Full Tennessee Supreme Court. Mr. Willis is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Kentucky, and the Federal Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Tennessee. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Nashville Bar Association. Mr. Willis earned his A.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Maryland, Munich Campus, Munich, Germany, A.A.; his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Austin Peay State University; and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee. practices in the areas of workers' compensation defense and workers' compensation subrogation and routinely handles depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals in workers' compensation claims across the state of Tennessee. He also regularly presents educational seminars for employers, insurers, and TPA's on topics pertaining to Tennessee workers' compensation law. Mr. Norris earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics, cum laude, from the Lewis College of Business at Marshall University in 2017. While at Marshall, he was a member of the men's soccer team and a recipient of the Conference USA Commissioner's Academic Medal. Mr. Norris then returned home to Nashville and earned his law degree from Belmont University College of Law. In the summer following his first year of law school, he joined Eraclides Gelman as a law clerk and continued in this position until he became licensed as an attorney.

Mr. Fekete has extensive experience representing publicly-owned REITs, developers, commercial landlords, and court-appointed receivers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York in all facets of real estate, including lease drafting and negotiation, and commercial tenancy matters. He is a member of the New Jersey State and Pennsylvania bar associations, and serves on the New Jersey District IV Ethics Committee. Mr. Fekete earned his B.A. degree at the University of Maryland, College Park and his J.D. degree at Rutgers Law School.
