He has particular experience representing and advising directors of publicly traded companies and litigating fraud claims. Mr. More also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial disputes through all stages of litigation. Before becoming a lawyer, he spent over a decade participating in, and teaching, competitive interscholastic debate at the highest levels. Mr. More excels at the art of argument, developing and executing nuanced litigation strategies. He earned both his B.A. degree, with honors, and his J.D. degree from the University of Texas. is a partner at Pierson Ferdinand LLP. He defends employers of all sizes against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, wrongful termination, unfair labor practice charges, and other claims arising out of the employment relationship. Mr. Pérez also represents employers in disputes involving misappropriation of trade secrets, and breaches restrictive covenants, non-compete agreements, and other contractually-based claims. He also advises and defends clients in various industries on matters involving disability access under Title III of the ADA. Mr. Pérez regularly advises clients on how pending legislation and administrative rules will impact his clients and their workforces, and has experience in governmental relations.
