Speaker bio
Charles R. Gallagher, III
is a managing partner with Gallagher & Associates Law Firm, P.A., where his current practice focuses on insurance litigation, foreclosure defense, real estate litigation, and consumer law. Mr. Gallagher is a member of The Florida Bar, St. Petersburg Bar Association and American Bar Association. He is currently the vice-chair of the Programs Board of the American Bar Association's Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division. Mr. Gallagher is currently admitted to practice before all courts in Florida; as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. District Court, Middle and Northern districts of Florida; and U.S. Tax Court. He graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida with a degree in politics and earned his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Sonia J. Buck
is an attorney at the firm of Pierce Atwood LLP. Her practice areas include foreclosures, loan restructuring, creditors' rights, collection and bankruptcy. Ms. Buck is a trained mediator and has mediated for Maine's Foreclosure Diversion program. She has written several articles for American Bar Association publications and has also published a book, Movie Therapy for Law Students. Ms. Buck has been adjunct faculty at Kaplan University, where she has taught paralegal and business classes. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Southern Maine and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law.

Amar A. Agrawal
is a partner in the law firm of Eisenberg, Gold & Agrawal, P.C. He practices in the areas of real estate law, creditors' rights and commercial law. Mr. Agrawal received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law. He is a member of the Camden County Bar Association, South Jersey Bankers Association and New Jersey Bankers Association. Mr. Agrawal serves as a board member and officer of the Risk Management Association South Jersey Chapter. He is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey, and the Eastern and Middle districts for Pennsylvania.
