David A. Lowe
is a partner with the law firm of Keegan, Juban, Lowe & Robichaux, LLC, where he focuses his practice in civil litigation, insurance bad faith, contracts, corporate matters, employment law, personal injury, and successions. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the state of Louisiana, and has been admitted to practice pro hac vice before multiple federal courts in other jurisdictions. Mr. Lowe has argued multiple cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit Court, as well as before the Louisiana Supreme Court. He is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana State, Federal and American bar associations. Mr. Lowe earned his B.A. degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University.

Megan R. Jackler
is an immigration attorney and litigator with Galloway Johnson Tompkins Burr & Smith who brings her expertise gained through years of public service to partner with corporations and businesses in protecting their interests and achieving their objectives. A problem solver, she analyzes and approaches each matter with critical and "outside the box" thinking, collaboration, and compassion. Ms. Jackler seeks the best outcome for her clients, always working diligently and humbly to accomplish the mission of providing high quality, client-focused, and result-driven representation. She focuses her practice on litigation and immigration. Ms. Jackler's experience includes serving as the supervisory immigration judge of the New Orleans Immigration Court, where she balanced supervising judges and staff while managing her own docket with thousands of cases. She also served 12 years as a Navy Judge Advocate (JAG) attorney around the world, including Japan, Afghanistan, Virginia, Mississippi and Hawaii with experience in prosecution, defense, and in-house counsel. Ms. Jackler earned her B.A. degree from Columbia University and her J.D. degree from American University Washington College of Law.

Larry E. Mobley
is a partner with Degan, Blanchard & Nash in Lafayette, Louisiana. He earned his undergraduate degree in criminal justice and master's degree in political science from Appalachian State University in North Carolina, focusing on international and comparative politics. Mr. Mobley earned his J.D. degree from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, where he was a William L. Crowe Scholar. Areas of focus include corporate transactions, complex commercial litigation, construction defect, property and casualty, professional liability, toxic tort, class actions, insurance defense and insurance coverage. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fourth, Fifth, Eighth, and Ninth circuits. Mr. Mobley is a member of the Lafayette Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA).

Brian W. Harrell
is a veteran trial attorney and the managing partner for Louisiana at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB), where he leads complex civil litigation matters and advises clients on risk management, technology, and emerging issues at the intersection of law and innovation. In addition to his firm leadership role, he is the co-founder and co-owner of InGlobo AI, an AI consulting and education company he operates with his brother, Scott Harrell. Through InGlobo AI, Brian works directly with lawyers, law firms, and professional organizations to help them understand, adopt, and govern artificial intelligence in a manner that is practical, secure, and ethically defensible. Mr. Harrel is a certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP), a credential awarded by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) recognizing demonstrated expertise in AI governance, risk management, and responsible deployment. He has also pursued extensive formal education in artificial intelligence, ethics, and applied technology, earning a broad portfolio of AI-related certifications from leading universities and industry organizations. His training spans generative AI, prompt engineering, AI governance, risk management, and responsible deployment, with coursework and credentials from institutions such as IBM, Oxford Saïd, Vanderbilt University, the University of Michigan, the London School of Economics, and other globally recognized programs. This combination of hands-on legal practice and rigorous AI education informs his work as a speaker, writer, and advisor on AI ethics, where he emphasizes a skeptical, disciplined approach.

Rachal D. Chance
is a partner in the New Orleans office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP. She has extensive experience throughout Louisiana in federal and state courts, beginning with her judicial clerkship in 2007 for Hon. John C. Davidson, retired Louisiana state court judge. Ms. Chance's focus is litigation in professional liability, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, and complex business and commercial liability. She has represented various professionals, such as physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, medical facilities, allied health professionals, architects, engineers, and insurance agents and brokers. She also has experience with interstate transportation litigation and coverage evaluations for brokers and carriers. Ms. Chance has tried cases and argued appeals in state and federal courts of Louisiana and represented clients pro hac in Texas, Mississippi, and Florida. She earned her B.S. degree from Baylor University and her J.D. degree from Louisiana State University Law Center.
