Overview
Plaintiff Strategies From Intake to Trial
Minor Impact Soft Tissue (MIST) cases remain among the most aggressively defended personal injury claims. Insurance carriers routinely characterize these claims as low-value, low-risk files, relying on minimal property damage photographs, delayed treatment arguments, gaps in care, and biomechanical defenses to challenge causation and damages. Yet properly developed MIST cases can yield substantial settlements and verdicts when plaintiff's counsel understands how to build credibility, frame the injury narrative, and strategically counter defense tactics. This concise program provides a practical roadmap for litigating MIST claims from intake through trial. Learn how to identify high-value opportunities in low-impact collisions, develop persuasive medical and damages evidence, handle difficult causation issues, and overcome common insurance defense strategies. Register today!
- Identify the intake factors that separate weak MIST claims from potentially high-value cases.
- Build stronger medical causation arguments in cases involving minimal property damage.
