Overview

Simple Follow-Along Exercises to Identify Risks and Interpretive Conflicts

AI, used correctly, is a tireless adversarial reader. It doesn't get fatigued on page 14. It doesn't share your assumptions. It will cheerfully tell you that your carefully crafted distribution standard is actually ambiguous in three different ways - if you ask the right questions.

That's what this course is about: asking the right questions, built for practitioners who want to move beyond the hype and into practical, hands-on competence. Using real trust provisions and live AI tools, you will learn how to interrogate your own drafting, surface ambiguities before a client or court does, and develop a disciplined workflow for AI-assisted review. Register today!

  • Identify categories of trust language that are particularly susceptible to ambiguity and misinterpretation.
  • Use AI tools to surface interpretive conflicts, statutory inconsistencies, and drafting gaps in trust instruments.
  • Apply a structured AI-prompting framework to conduct pre-execution language reviews.
  • Evaluate AI output critically, recognizing where AI analysis won't do.
  • Integrate AI-assisted stress-testing into a defensible drafting workflow.
