J. Wesley Hisaw
is a shareholder with Holland & Hisaw, where his practice areas include domestic law, personal injury, product liability, corporate law, civil rights lawsuits, estate law, and employment law. He was named one of the Top 40 Under 40 litigation lawyers for the state of Mississippi by the American Society of Legal Advocates and the National Trial Lawyer's Association. Mr. Hisaw was also named a Top Ten Attorney for the state of Mississippi in the area of personal injury by the National Association of Personal Injury Attorneys, and listed as a Premier 100 Attorney by the American Academy of Trial Attorneys. He is licensed to practice in Mississippi and Tennessee, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Sixth circuits, Northern and Southern districts of Mississippi, and the Western District of Tennessee. Mr. Hisaw is also listed as a Rising Star with Super Lawyers. He earned his undergraduate degree and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi.

Brady C. Pofahl
is sole proprietor of Pofahl Law Firm, P.C., in Albuquerque. He represents New Mexicans in the Albuquerque area and throughout the state of New Mexico in personal injury claims resulting from car accidents, truck accidents, commercial vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, nursing home injuries, wrongful death claims and more, with millions in recoveries for his clients. As a solo attorney, he handles all legal aspects of clients’ claims - from the initial intake to resolution. Mr. Pofahl received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of New Mexico School of Law, Albuquerque. He helped write the auto accidents chapter for the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association 2015, Litigation Series-3rd Edition. Mr. Pofahl is a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, Albuquerque Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.

is a managing partner in the Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris & Willis PLLC's New Jersey office. His practice is dedicated to the defense of workers' compensation claims. In addition to litigating claims, Mr. Backenson provides a full spectrum of legal, consulting and risk management services to both insured and self-insured clients of the firm and third party administrators. He earned his B.S. degree from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and his J.D. degree from The Rutgers University School of Law - Camden. Mr. Backenson is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
