Overview

Liability, Coverage, and Damages in Animal Attack Cases

Dog bite cases are deceptively complex: liability varies by jurisdiction, insurance policies are riddled with traps, and the stakes are highest when the victim is a child. This fast-paced CLE cuts through the noise, giving plaintiff attorneys a practical framework for investigating claims, navigating coverage disputes, and maximizing case value from first call to final settlement. Register today!

  • Know which liability theory gives your client the strongest footing.
  • Get tips for capturing the animal control records, prior bite history, and witness statements that can make your case.
  • Spot breed exclusions and policy gaps before they blindside your recovery.
  • Protect pediatric clients' long-term physical and psychological needs.
