Overview
Your Client's Most Valuable Assets Are Intangible - Make Sure They're Protected
For most businesses, the brand, the code, the customer lists, and the content are worth more than the hard assets - yet they're the easiest to lose. A missed trademark filing, an unassigned contractor's work, or an AI tool training on confidential data can erase years of value overnight. This full-day program gives business attorneys a working command of all four pillars of IP - patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets - plus the licensing, transactional, and AI issues that arise every day, so you can spot the risks, secure the rights, and know when to call a specialist. Register today!
