Overview
Put AI to Work at Every Step of the Deal Without Losing Control of It
Helping a client buy or sell a small business is still a document-driven, deadline-driven process: letter of intent, due diligence, purchase agreement, disclosure schedules, closing. But the way that work gets done is changing fast. AI can now help organize the seller's documents, review a stack of contracts in minutes, and flag missing or unusual terms, while the lawyer keeps the judgment, the privilege calls, and the signature. Used well, it cuts first-pass review time and lets a solo or small firm punch above its weight. Used carelessly, it risks client confidentiality, privilege, and a confidently wrong answer that never gets caught. This practical, document - and checklist-driven program walks the full purchase-and-sale of a closely held business from both the buyer's and seller's side and shows exactly where AI changes the work at each step (with the sample documents, checklists, and prompts you can use on your next deal). Learn to work smarter - register today!
