Overview

Build the Practice Worth Showing Up For, Every Single Day

You're a good lawyer. But good lawyering alone doesn't build a practice. The skills that drive career growth and client development were never part of your legal education. Business development feels uncomfortable. Billing seems like someone else's job. Marketing your practice sounds like selling, and selling sounds unprofessional.

This course reframes all of it. In a few short hours, you'll learn how successful attorneys at every level and every firm size take ownership of their careers, build meaningful client relationships, and create the kind of practice that generates opportunities instead of making you wait for them. From developing a personal brand and landing your first referral relationships to understanding the financial mechanics of legal work and navigating the ethics rules that govern it all, this course gives you a practical foundation for long-term career success. Get the tools you can use immediately, whether you're at a large firm developing your book, a small firm building toward partnership, or out on your own. Register today!

  • Develop a personal business development strategy that fits your practice area, personality, and firm environment.
  • Build a referral network and client relationship approach that generates consistent opportunities, without feeling transactional.
  • Understand how legal billing works from the inside: how to write entries, communicate value, and protect your receivables.
  • Learn what it really means to own a client relationship and how to strengthen those relationships at every stage of the engagement.
  • Get a practical framework for your personal brand: online presence, thought leadership, and professional visibility done right.
  • Understand the ethics rules governing client development, advertising, fees, and professional conduct in private practice.
  • Use technology and AI tools to work smarter, serve clients better, and stay competitive.
  • Develop the financial literacy every practicing attorney needs.
