Speaker bio
Lorna M. Wiggins
is a shareholder in the Albuquerque law firm of Wiggins, Williams & Wiggins, P.C. She has practiced primarily in the areas of labor and employment law. Ms. Wiggins started practicing law in New Mexico after completing a judicial clerkship. Much of her practice includes advising management on various personnel issues, including hiring, discipline, termination and layoff issues; negotiating employment contracts; non-compete agreements; patent waiver agreements; and assisting management in developing and implementing personnel policies. Ms. Wiggins regularly assists management in certification and decertification elections, negotiating union contracts, arbitrations, and unfair labor practice charges. She regularly defends employers before the New Mexico Human Right Commission, EEOC, OFCCP, NLRB, and state and federal courts. Ms. Wiggins routinely provides training to employers in recognizing and eliminating discrimination and harassment in the workplace, and is a frequent lecturer on labor and employment law. She attended Southern Methodist University, and earned her B.S. degree, cum laude, from the University of North Dakota and her J.D. degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law. Ms. Wiggins is a member of the Albuquerque and American bar associations, and State Bar of New Mexico.

Leah Lively
is a shareholder with Buchalter's Portland office, and a member of the labor and employment practice. She also is a member of Buchalter's equine law industry group. She drafts boarding and sales contracts, advises clients on wage and hour compliance, and represents clients in litigation. Ms. Lively earned her J.D. degree from Lewis & Clark Law School and her B.S. degree from California Polytechnic State University. While in law school, she was part of the National Champion Team, Environmental Moot Court, and Cornelius Honor Society. Ms. Lively is a member of the Multnomah Bar Foundation (director), American Employment Law Counsel, and the Oregon Hunter Jumper Association (director). She is licensed to practice law in Alaska, California, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.

Kyra G. Bradley
is an attorney in the Voorhees, New Jersey office of Archer & Greiner, P.C. She assists employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including issues, such as employee discipline and termination, reasonable accommodations, leave entitlements, wage and hour issues, and human resource policies and handbooks. Ms. Bradley conducts internal employment investigations on behalf of clients, makes recommendations, and prepares employer responses to administrative charges, including charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also assists in defending employers in cases alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), among others. Ms. Bradley earned her B.A. degree from Villanova University, her M.S. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. degree from Villanova University.

Joseph L. Schiavoni
is a partner with Schiavoni, Schiavoni, Bush & Muldowney Co., L.P.A., where he practices workers' compensation and personal injury. Mr. Schiavoni is admitted to practice in Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Mahoning County Bar Association and Ohio Association for Justice. Mr. Schiavoni earned his B.S. degree from Ohio University and his J.D. degree from Capital Law School. He is a former member of the Ohio Senate from 2009-2018. He currently also serves as a Mahoning County Court Judge and has held that position since 2020.
