Overview
Build a Profitable, Sustainable Fractional GC Practice
Fractional GC practices are easy to launch and hard to run profitably. In this 60-minute CLE, you will learn how to structure, price, and manage fractional GC engagements - and identify the predictable points at which a strategic engagement quietly turns into a commoditized one. Drawing on David Maister's Managing the Professional Service Firm (no prior reading required), faculty will show you how to build retainer and subscription models, draft engagement-letter terms that protect the value of your advisory services, and identify the clients who may be undermining profitability. You will also learn practical strategies for managing client expectations, maintaining boundaries, and building a sustainable fractional GC practice. Register today!
