Overview
Interrupt Harmful Patterns Before They Become Disciplinary Violations
Most attorneys understand the Rules of Professional Conduct. The challenge is applying them under pressure.
This program examines how everyday patterns such as avoidance, delay, and overcommitment can develop into ethics violations over time. Using real disciplinary cases, you will see how these issues unfold in practice, how multiple rule violations often arise from the same underlying behaviors, and where earlier intervention could have changed the outcome. You will leave with a practical framework and tools you can use in real time to maintain clear judgment, meet professional obligations, and reduce ethical risk in high-pressure situations.
