Turn Crash Science Into Case Strategy
When a serious collision case lands on your desk, the reconstruction evidence can make or break your outcome - but most attorneys are not trained to evaluate it. Police reports get taken at face value. Expert opinions go unchallenged. Critical electronic data disappears before anyone thinks to preserve it. By the time you realize what you missed, it may be too late.
Accident Reconstruction 101 helps you turn complex collision evidence into a litigation advantage. Discover how to identify reconstruction issues early, assess the reliability of police reports and expert opinions, develop effective discovery and deposition strategies, and communicate technical findings clearly and persuasively to judges, mediators, insurers, and juries. Become a more effective litigator with accident reconstruction insights - register today!
- Understand core reconstruction concepts such as perception-response time, braking and tire marks, speed analysis, momentum, time-distance analysis, crush damage, and line-of-sight issues.
- Recognize common pitfalls in police crash reports, witness narratives, black box data, diagrams, and unsupported expert opinions.
- Translate technical reconstruction analysis into admissible, understandable case themes for settlement, mediation, and trial.
