Overview
What AI Is Doing to Construction Law - and What You Can Do With It
Owners, contractors, and project managers are using AI tools to manage schedules, generate change orders, flag disputes, and even draft contracts - whether their attorneys know about it or not. The legal implications are significant and, in many cases, untested. Who owns AI-generated work product? What happens when an AI scheduling tool misses a delay event that triggers a liquidated damages clause?
This course gives construction attorneys a working understanding of how AI is being used on projects today - and what that means for the contracts or disputes you handle. It will also show you how to use AI tools yourself to work more efficiently and competitively. Don't get caught flat-footed - register today!
- Understand how AI is being used on construction projects and the legal risks it creates.
- Get practical contract language updates to address AI-generated work product, liability gaps, and data ownership.
- Identify discovery issues that arise when AI is part of the project record.
- Walk away with AI tools and workflows you can implement to serve construction clients better.
