Overview
Employee, Employer, and New Employer Perspectives
The war over talent, clients, and trade secrets isn't over. Employers are doubling down on non-competes, non-solicitation agreements, NDAs, and trade secret claims to protect their most valuable assets. For employees and the companies that hire them, the risks of getting this wrong remain high. This program will give you a clear picture of where enforcement is heading, what the latest court decisions mean for your clients, and concrete strategies for drafting agreements that hold up - or breaking ones that shouldn't. Register today!
- Identify the enforceability gaps that make or break non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
- Draft restrictive covenants that actually hold up - and spot the ones that won't.
- Advise departing employees and new employers on how to manage transition risk.
