Turn Your Personal Brand Into an Opportunity Development Engine
Clients increasingly hire lawyers they know, trust, and recognize online. For solo practitioners and boutique firms, a strong personal brand is no longer a nice-to-have - it's a critical business development asset. An organic well-built personal brand on social media now drives all sorts of opportunities - including gaining recognition among your niche, raising referral quality, and creating speaking, media, and recruiting opportunities that compound over time.
Designed and led by a practicing solo attorney who has built a thriving online presence generating more than 800,000 impressions in under two years without any paid marketing, this CLE offers candid, experience-driven branding insights. You will learn the business case for personal branding, the rules that govern attorney social media, and a practical starting framework: choosing the right platform, defining your positioning, building content pillars that work, and measuring what actually matters. Speaker bio
Fernanda Hinojosa
is the founder of AL CHILE LAW, P.C., a California-based practice focused on intellectual property and technology transactions, with over 12 years of experience advising on emerging technologies, including AI and crypto. Her work sits at the intersection of innovation, intangible assets, and business strategy, giving her a unique perspective on both IP and the power of personal branding. As a foreign-trained attorney with an LL.M. degree from Loyola Law School and J.D. degree from Universidad Iberoamericana Ciudad de Mexico without a traditional U.S. Big Law background, Ms. Hiinojsa built her practice from the ground up in a fully remote environment. Early on, she recognized that legal expertise alone would not be enough, she needed to intentionally build a personal brand to create visibility, credibility, and opportunity. Ms. Hinojosa's approach is rooted in storytelling, cultural identity, and the strategic use of intangible assets. As an emerging tech attorney, she closely follows how digital platforms are reshaping the way professionals connect, build trust, and develop relationships; often starting online and extending into meaningful offline opportunities. Ms. Hinojosa brings a practical, experience-driven perspective to solo practice growth, grounded in what actually works.
