Andrew L. Crabtree
is the principal of the Law Offices of Andrew L. Crabtree, P.C., where his firm focuses on transactional and litigated real estate, landlord-tenant, construction and general commercial business matters. He has a broad background in residential condominium development and sales in commercial leasing; and represents commercial owners, developers, purchasers and tenants, including a national franchise chain in commercial leasing and landlord and tenant matters. Mr. Crabtree represents businesses and individuals in federal and state trial courts, as well as in arbitrations and before administrative tribunals involving commercial disputes, constitutional claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, business torts, unfair competition, employment claims, trade secrets and intellectual property cases. He also represents contractors, owners, developers, design professionals, municipalities and state agencies relating to public and private construction and development projects, mechanics' liens, commercial lease disputes and landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Crabtree is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Suffolk County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from Fordham University Law School.

Mary W. Giles
is of counsel at Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C. She focuses her practice on real estate, title resolution, creditors' rights, business and employment related matters. With more than a decade and a half of title insurance and resolution experience, Ms. Giles is well-versed in handling all aspects and stages of the litigation of real property disputes. She routinely represents property owners, lenders and their insurers when faced with adverse claims that might affect title to their real property. Ms. Giles has experience litigating disputes concerning easements, property boundary lines, lien subrogation, lien priority and clouds on title. This experience includes litigating on behalf of the insurer when there is a dispute regarding coverage or breach of contract claims. In addition, Ms. Giles has litigated contested foreclosures and evictions for both lenders and post-foreclosure purchasers. She also represents business owners and assists them with everything from the start-up of their company to the preparation of operating agreements and employment manuals to resolving legal issues with their employees. In addition, Ms. Giles has assisted clients with drafting, reviewing, and revising franchise documentation, including federal disclosure documents and franchise agreements. She earned her B.A. degree from University of Missouri-Columbia and her J.D. degree from University of Dayton School of Law.

Michael Wambolt
brings two decades of well-rounded litigation experience to cases in a wide variety of complex matters, including handling all aspects of numerous bankruptcy, foreclosure, and creditors' rights proceedings. He also has broad experience representing lenders in commercial loan defaults, fraud, and lender liability issues. Mr. Wambolt applies his extensive range of knowledge and experience to develop litigation strategies that minimize risk and protect his clients' interests. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and his B.A. degree in political science from University of Nevada - Reno. Mr. Wambolt is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas.

Richard J. Fox
is an attorney with the Law Office of Richard J. Fox PLLC, where his practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate. As legal counsel, he represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including title searches and closing. As a title insurance agent, Mr. Fox reviews title opinions and issues title insurance policies. He is admitted to practice in Vermont and Massachusetts, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mr. Fox is a member of the Vermont, Massachusetts, and Chittenden County bar associations; and is an agent for Vermont Attorneys Title Corporation. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers College and his J.D. degree from The George Washington University Law School.

Lawrence J. Shaheen, Jr.
is an attorney with The McIntosh Law Firm with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate and government affairs. Prior to his tenure with The McIntosh Law Firm, Mr. Shaheen served as General Counsel for a commercial real estate development and management firm. His practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate development, property valuation appeals, corporate law, as well as government & corporate affairs. Mr. Shaheen serves as UNCC Trustee and is Chairman of the Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. degree at the University of South Carolina School of Law. Mr. Shaheen has been awarded the Business NC Legal Elite Real Estate (2019-2026). He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Mecklenburg County Bar Foundation (Board Member - 2021-2023), NAIOP Charlotte (Board Member), REBIC (Executive Committee Member) and the CRCBR (Legislative Committee). Mr. Shaheen is admitted to practice North Carolina.

Marlon A. Primes
is a partner in the Cleveland office of Brennan, Manna & Diamond, LLC. He is a distinguished former assistant U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, with over 30 years of experience. Mr. Primes has transitioned to serve as co-chair of BMD's business and tort litigation practice, and represents companies across the U.S. in high-stakes litigation. He has handled a wide variety of complex civil litigation in state, federal and appellate courts, including jury trials and appellate actions. Mr. Primes earned his B.S. degree from Ohio University and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
