Speaker bio
Joshua D. Wilson
is a partner in the Nashville office of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP. He is a member of the firm's employment law, intellectual property, and entertainment and recreation law practice groups. Mr. Wilson's practice focuses on complex employment litigation, entertainment litigation and business litigation. He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from University of Alabama and his J.D. degree from University of Alabama School of Law. Mr. Wilson is a member of the American and Nashville Bar Associations, as well as the Tennessee and Alabama state bars. He is licensed in Alabama, Tennessee and New York. Mr. Wilson also appears in matters in different jurisdictions across the country by Court Order, and often handles matters in North Carolina as Pro Hac Vice or by Special Appearance.
