is an attorney with Sam Thomas III Esquire & Associates. He has practiced for 28 years in the areas of probate, foreclosure prevention, tax resolution, and debt relief. Currently, Mr. Thomas's practice focuses on estate planning. He earned his B.A. degree from Cleveland State University, his M.S. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.

Gregory C. Ward
is the Managing Partner and co-founder of The Ward Law Group, PL, one of the largest and most respected personal injury firms in the United States serving the Hispanic community. Under his leadership, the firm has grown to over 200 team members and has been recognized nationally for its record-setting case results, client service excellence, and community impact. Mr. Ward teaches nationally on scaling and growing law firms. Mr. Ward is a recognized authority in artificial intelligence and legal operations, integrating AI systems into law firm management, client communication, and case analysis. His work has positioned The Ward Law Group as a national leader in legal technology innovation. Mr. Ward has studied and tested numerous AI applications for both law and business. He presently studies AI for Business Leaders at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The Ward Law Group handles catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims. He is admitted to practice before all Florida courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, as well as in the states of Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York. The firm currently has offices in Miami, Orlando and New York. Mr. Ward previously served as Vice-Chairman of The Florida Bar Civil Rules Committee, as President of the Federal Bar Association (Broward County Chapter), as a Fellow of the Florida Bar Foundation and Chairman of the Attorney Grievance Committee (Division I) of The Florida Bar. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Maryland and his J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was selected as Most Outstanding Graduate of his class.

is the founder and principal attorney at Family Matters Law, APLC and is a member of the Contra Costa, San Francisco, Alameda, El Dorado and Sacramento County bar associations. She focuses on family law, and has extensive experience in personal injury and criminal law cases. Ms. Biernacki has trained as minors' counsel and the role of Juvenile Dependency Attorney for Children and Parents. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2011, and has since handled more than 250 cases. Ms. Biernacki earned her B.A. degree from San Francisco State University and her J.D. degree from John F. Kennedy University.

Mark J. Favaloro
is the principal of Favaloro Law, originally established in Massachusetts before establishing his current Virginia Beach office. He brings 42 years of trial experience to the firm, having handled matters in the trial courts of the Commonwealths of Virginia and Massachusetts, as well as in the U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeal in the First and Fourth circuits. Mr. Favaloro is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Massachusetts Bar Association, American Judicature Society, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice (AAJ). He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire, his J.D. degree from the New England Law/Boston and his LL.M. degree from the Boston University School of Law.
