Hon. Jeanette A. Irby
is a retired Circuit Court Judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit of Virginia. She is currently managing director of Juridical Solutions PLC, where she mediates family law disputes which are most suited to alternative dispute resolution. Judge Irby is experienced in all areas of civil litigation, including complex business disputes, divorce (equitable distribution, spousal support and custody), and personal injury claims. Before going on the bench, she practiced law with her primary focus on domestic relations. Judge Irby earned her B.S. degree from Central Michigan University and her J.D. degree from Thomas W. Cooley Law School.

Grant W. Morrison
is a partner with Morrison & Morrison, L.C., located in Taylorsville, where he has focused his practice on criminal defense and domestic relations law for more than 30 years. He has been Rule 8 qualified for death penalty cases and has been involved in a number of high profile criminal defense cases. Mr. Morrison is a skilled trial attorney and has established a solid reputation for cross-examination, particularly in contested child custody cases against recommendations of child custody examiners. He is a member of the Utah State Bar. Mr. Morrison earned his B.S. degree, with honors, from the University of Utah; his M.Ed. degree from the University of Utah; and his J.D. degree from Western State University College of Law.

Kimberly Jones Penepacker
is a partner with Aulsbrook Law Firm, where she is a civil litigator practicing in the areas of personal injury, civil litigation, premises liability, and wrongful death. Ms. Jones Penepacker is admitted to practice in Texas; Fifth Circuit Court of the United States; U.S. District Court Northern, Eastern and Southern districts of Texas; U.S. District Court District of Colorado; U.S. District Court District of New Mexico; and U.S. District Court Western District of Oklahoma. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas; Texas Trial Lawyers Association; American Association for Justice; Texas Young Lawyers Association; Arlington Board Association (board member); Dallas Trial Lawyers Association; and Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Jones Penepacker earned her B.A. degree form Baylor University and her J.D. degree from Baylor University School of Law.

John P. Venzke
is an attorney with Daw & Ray. He has practiced for more than 38 years in the areas of personal injury, business litigation, products liability, medical malpractice, mass torts, class actions and negligence actions. Mr. Venzke has been board-certified continually since 1983 in civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has lectured to various professional groups on premises liability, personal injury and trial issues. Mr. Venzke also is an advocate for the American Board of Trial Advocates. He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Houston.
