is a partner at Kirwin Norris. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Construction Law and a member of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA), an invitation-only organization with less than 100 members in Florida. For over a decade, Mr. Charlson has represented public and private construction industry clients in all aspects of the construction process, including real estate acquisition, land development, financing, risk management, licensure, procurement, contract formation, project administration, delay and critical path analysis, default/termination, and post-completion dispute resolution. He offers practical solutions to complex issues at every phase of a project. Mr. Charlson is experienced in negotiating and preparing contracts and is adept at identifying potential conflicts and disputes early to ensure his clients' projects stay on time and under budget. Prior to law school, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and worked in the insurance industry. Early in his legal career, Mr. Charlson was in-house counsel for one of the nation's largest homebuilders. These experiences imprinted upon him an operations-based focus. Mr. Charlson thinks like a businessperson. When disputes become unavoidable, he has the knowledge and experience needed to mediate, arbitrate, litigate, and try cases before judges and juries. Mr. Charlson also handles all aspects of any necessary appeals. He earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Illinois Chicago Law School where he achieved the Dean's List all semesters. During law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and was a member of the Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Honors Council. Mr. Charlson is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida.

is an attorney at Thompson Coburn LLP. He represents developers, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, lenders, and investors in a wide range of construction, commercial real estate and development transactions. Mr. Owens solves business problems for construction and real estate development clients because he has been in their seat. He now regularly counsels clients on traditional, non-traditional, and syndicated real estate transactions ranging in value from several hundred thousand dollars to more than several hundreds of millions of dollars. Mr. Owens drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan and finance documents, entitlements, and development agreements for a broad variety of property types, including mission critical data centers, infrastructure, cutting edge advanced manufacturing, retail, industrial, office, distribution and logistics, hospitality, restaurant, and mixed-use projects. He advises clients in negotiating complex construction contracts, and he serves as a strategic advisor regarding legal risk management in business processes, construction payment disputes, and mechanics' lien claims. Mr. Owens also assists clients in obtaining land use entitlements and counseling cannabis-related enterprises through regulatory compliance and licensing issues involving medical and recreational cannabis, industrial hemp, and financing in the cannabis-adjacent industry. He is actively involved in civic and community organizations, serving as a commissioner on the City of St. Louis Tax Increment Finance Commission and as a board member and corporate secretary of the Ritenour Co-Care Food Pantry. Mr. Owens was recognized as a member of the St. Louis Business Journal's 2025 Corporate Counsel Award class. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from University of New Mexico and his J.D degree, cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.

is a partner at Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons, LLP. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage, bad faith defense, first-party and third-party insurance defense, general civil defense, and construction defect defense. Ms. Parrish has provided coverage advice to commercial and personal lines carriers in various matters, including commercial liability, construction defect claims, business interruption loss-of-use claims, property damage, and Uninsured Motorists. She also has extensive experience defending construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance defense claims. Ms. Parrish handles a variety of claims in state and federal court and has worked directly with insurance industry professionals to provide coverage evaluations and efficiently resolve claims. Ms. Hamer was selected by her peers as an Indiana Super Lawyers – Rising Star honoree in 2019-2026 in Environmental Litigation, and Best Lawyers – Ones to Watch for 2024-2026 in Environmental Law, Construction Law, and Personal Injury Litigation – Defense. She has been a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) since 2010, as accredited under ANSI/ISO/IEC 17024, the International Standard for Personnel Certification Programs, and the Council of Engineering and Scientific Specialty Boards (CESB). Ms. Hamer is also an environmental professional, as defined in the ASTM E1527 standard for environmental and real estate due diligence and under the U.S. EPA's guidance. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, cum laude, from Columbia College. She then earned her Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Robert H. Mr. Lorigas specializes in guiding clients through matters that entail substantial financial consequences, reputational exposure, cutting-edge legal issues, or significant public policy questions. To that end, he routinely represents clients who have multiple matters simultaneously pending in trial, appellate, arbitral, or regulatory proceedings, ensuring clients advance their goals on multiple fronts. Mr. Lorigas also has extensive experience in other high-stakes litigation. He regularly litigates claims involving specific performance of real estate transactions worth millions of dollars. Mr. Lorigas has represented clients in the media and entertainment industry in matters concerning film financing, defamation, and stalking.
