Overview

A Clear Path From Notice to Possession

Even small mistakes in an eviction case can cause big delays. A defective notice, a botched proof of service, or an unenforceable judgment send a case back to square one. This program walks you through the full eviction process, from notice to possession, with a focus on the complications that trip up even experienced practitioners. Gain a practical, step-by-step framework and handle your next eviction case with confidence - register today!

  • Choose defensible grounds and notice strategy while avoiding the traps that lead to dismissal.
  • Draft notices, pleadings, and proof of service that withstand procedural challenges - even when tenants evade service.
  • Handle evidentiary issues unique to eviction hearings and draft judgments that hold up to challenge.
  • Navigate enforcement obstacles including bankruptcy filings, stays, unnamed occupants, abandoned property, and collections.
