Mirene Mairena
is with the law firm of Mirene Mairena, P.A., devotes her practice to family law and civil litigation. Before becoming an attorney, she served as a paralegal for approximately six years for a partner in one of Miami's most reputable law firms. Ms. Mairena earned her B.S. degree from Florida International University and her J.D. degree from Florida Internationhal University - College of Law. She is a member of the Miami Dade County Bar Association (Young Lawyers Division), Put Something Back, Cuban American Bar Association and American Bar Association.

John Whitbeck
is the founder and majority shareholder with WhitbeckBeglis, PLLC in Leesburg, Virginia. He focuses his practice on family law, criminal law, mental health law, civil litigation and many other areas. Mr. Whitbeck has also been certified as an expert witness in litigation. He is an adjunct professor of law at George Mason University Law School, teaching mental illness law. Mr. Whitbeck is the director of the George Mason University Law and Mental Illness Clinic. He has served as substitute judge in Virginia district courts, hearing civil and criminal matters including family law cases. Mr. Whitbeck also served as a special justice for civil commitment hearings in the 20th Judicial Circuit, which requires him to sit as a judge for hearings to commit mentally ill individuals to psychiatric treatment. He has also served as a special prosecutor in the Loudoun County General District Courts. Mr. Whitbeck earned his A.B. degree from Occidental College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from George Mason University-Antonin Scalia Law School.

Leigh B. Sellers
is the founding attorney of Touchstone Family Law, with offices located in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Fort Mill, South Carolina. She practices in all areas of family law including, domestic law, collaborative law and mediation. Ms. Sellers is board certified by the North Carolina State Bar's Board of Legal Specialization. She taught continuing legal education for South Carolina and North Carolina and she taught legal research for Midlands Technical College. Ms. Sellers is certified as a Family Financial Mediation and Family Law Specialist. She earned her B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University and her J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Ms. Sellers has a Domestic Mediation Certification from Ann Arbor Center for Mediation. She is a member of the Mecklenburg County, North Carolina and American bar associations, and the South Carolina Bar.

Mitchell L. Mullen
is of Counsel with Charny, Karpousis, Altieri & Donoian, P.A., where his main areas of practice include family law and mediation, which includes divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, domestic violence, step-parent adoption, and guardianships. He is a certified legal specialist in matrimonial law, Supreme Court of New Jersey. Mr. Mullen is a member of the Camden County Bar Association, American Association for Justice, New Jersey State Bar Association (member, Family Law Section), Burlington County Bar Association and New Jersey Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, U.S. District Court District of New Jersey, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Mullen earned his B.S. and B.S.B.A. degrees, magna cum laude, from Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts; and his J.D. degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey School of Law-Camden, Camden, New Jersey.

Brenda L. Wahler
is a solo practice family law attorney in Helena. Prior to entering private practice, she was an attorney for the State of Montana. Ms. Wahler earned her J.D. degree from the University of Montana in 2002, following a career as a high school social studies teacher. A lifelong Montanan, she is also a historian and writer who enjoys digging into the deeper stories behind the myths of the American West. Ms. Wahler is past chair of the Law-Related Education Committee of the State Bar of Montana, past president of the First Judicial District Bar Association, and active in promoting civic education.
