Overview
Where Everyday Real Estate Deals Get Complicated
The inherited duplex split three ways, the four friends pooling money to buy a rental property, the client who wants to sell but can't find a lender willing to finance the buyer. These deals can look simple on the surface, but they're often where the real risk hides.

Join our experienced faculty for practical guidance on spotting hidden risks, structuring deals that work, and helping clients avoid costly mistakes. Register today!
