Build Your Estate Planning Practice From the Ground Up
Every attorney remembers the first time a client sat across the table and asked where to start. This course is the answer. Designed for attorneys new to estate planning practice or those formalizing a working knowledge into a complete skill set, The Complete Estate Planning Starter Kit covers the full planning lifecycle from the initial client consultation through execution and beyond. Topics include foundational documents, asset ownership and beneficiary coordination, tax considerations, clients with special circumstances, ethics of the representation, and practical strategies for building a sustainable estate planning practice. Register today!
- Conduct a thorough intake and translate client goals into a coordinated planning strategy.
- Draft and explain core estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POAs, and directives) with confidence.

- Apply estate and gift tax fundamentals to determine when tax planning is warranted and what to recommend.
