is a partner leading Spencer West's U.S. employment law and dispute resolution practice, with over 15 years of experience advising employers and executives on workplace compliance, workforce strategy, and employment risk. Her practice spans employment agreements, executive compensation, restrictive covenants, workplace investigations, separation matters, management-side litigation defense, and the employment aspects of corporate transactions. Ms. Banse advises employers and executives across industries, combining practical, business-focused guidance with deep government and litigation experience. Her background includes service as a judge advocate in the U.S. Army and as an assistant attorney general, where she advised management on workplace compliance and litigated a broad range of civil matters. Ms. Banse has operated on all sides of flexible attorney arrangements, as a contract attorney, of-counsel attorney, and co-counsel, and as the supervising attorney who has engaged and managed contract and of-counsel support in her own practice. She earned her B.B.A. degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her J.D. degree from University of Wisconsin Law School.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
