Overview
Skip the Theory - Jump Straight Into the Case
Forget the standard CLE format. This program will walk you through more than two dozen real-world scenarios spanning slip-and-falls, negligent security, dog bites, pool accidents, rental properties, construction sites, and more - the kind of fact patterns that show up in your intake calls. You'll dig into what evidence actually wins these cases (and what disappears if you don't move fast), where liability waivers hold up and where they collapse, and the ethical questions that come up in everyday practice. By the end of the day, you won't just know the rules - you'll recognize the case the next time it walks through your door. Register today!
- Know exactly what evidence proves how long a hazard was really there.
- Establish foreseeability even when the property owner insists no one saw it coming.
- Get a clear read on attractive nuisance and supervision standards as they apply to pools.
- Spot the liability angle in rental, code violation, and habitability claims.
- Move fast on evidence that disappears before it's gone for good.
- Know when a liability waiver actually holds up in court - and when it's not worth the paper it's signed on.
