Austin H. LiPuma
is an attorney with De Villiers LiPuma Attorneys at Law. His areas of practice include wrongful death; auto, truck, pedestrian and motorcycle accidents; premises liability; and employment. Mr. LiPuma earned his B.A. degree from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He received the Schmieg & Weill Award for Outstanding Contribution to Moot Court, Norman I. Barron Award for Demonstrated Leadership and Integrity, John R. Sayler Prize for Achievement of Highest Grade in Evidence, and Order of The Barristers. Mr. LiPuma is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association; Ohio State Bar Association; Ohio Association for Justice; co-founder/chair, Torts and Insurance Group, CBA; and board member of the Southwest Ohio Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in Ohio, Indiana, U.S. District Court Northern and Southern districts of Indiana, and U.S. District Court Southern District of Ohio.

Jack P. Burden
is a shareholder in the law firm of Backus|Burden, and is a litigation attorney with practice emphasis in general liability, product liability, food liability, and commercial matters. His clients range from Fortune 200 companies to local business owners in Nevada. Mr. Burden is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada, U.S. District Court District of Nevada and the U.S. Supreme Court, and currently serves as an author of State Bar of Nevada Jury Instructions. He is also active in the State Bar of Nevada's Continuing Education Committee and the Canyon Springs High School Advisory Board. Mr. Burden earned his B.S. degree from the University of Nevada, Reno's Reynolds School of Journalism and his J.D. degree from Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas.

Kevin K. Broerman
serves as trial group leader of Jones, Skelton & Hochuli, P.L.C.'s Construction Defect Trial group. He concentrates his practice on defending claims of bad faith, insurance coverage, professional liability, construction defect, premises liability, personal injury, farming and agricultural, complex commercial litigation, asbestos litigation and general liability. Mr. Broerman frequently coordinates presentations and conferences for industry organizations, including serving as the insurance track co-chair of USLAW NETWORK's Client Conference. He is a member of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel and a past member of the Arizona State Bar Committee on Civil Jury Instructions. Before earning his law degree, Mr. Broerman served in the U.S. Army, and was honorably discharged as Field Artillery Captain. He earned his B.S. degree from Arizona State University and his J.D. degree from Western State University College of Law. Mr. Broerman is admitted to practice in Arizona.

Timothy J. Buckley, III
is managing partner with the firm Buckley Christopher & Hensel, P.C., where he has practiced for more than 25 years. He is a litigator, and has tried multiple cases to conclusion in the product liability, auto, trucking, local governmental, general casualty and constitutional tort areas. Mr. Buckley has also handled several complex arbitrations in the federal and state systems. He has served as a special assistant attorney general for the state of Georgia, and was an adjunct professor at the Emory University School of Law for more than 20 years. Mr. Buckley is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1990.
