Amalia Romanowicz
is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses on defending clients in the healthcare industry and Partner in Charge of Perez Morris's Philadelphia office. She has more than three decades of experience in jury trials, mediations, and arbitrations, handling cases involving catastrophic injuries, including birth injury, brain injury and stroke, sepsis, and infections. Representing clients in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs, Ms. Romanowicz has represented hospitals, physicians, nurses, long-term care and assisted living facilities, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, pharmacies, and pharmacists. She also represents clients in most major medical sub-specialties, including emergency medicine, surgery, pathology, radiology, oncology, orthopedics, labor and delivery, and gynecology, among others. Ms. Romanowicz's extensive experience includes matters involving claims of improper medical screening under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA), alleged injuries or death resulting from errors and negligence during the surgical process, and alleged misdiagnosis or failure to diagnose. She has represented pharmacists in cases involving alleged mis-fills, failure-to-identify, and incorrect packaging that involve catastrophic loss and injury. Ms. Romanowicz earned her B.S. degree in Pharmacy, cum laude, from Northeastern University and her J.D. degree, Moot Court Honor Society, from Widener University School of Law. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Society for Pharmacy Law. Ms. Romanowicz is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Barri T. Dean
is an attorney with Jackson Walker LLP in the Trial & Appellate Litigation section in the Houston office. She brings significant experience managing complex disputes across federal and commercial matters. Before joining Jackson Walker, Ms. Dean served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Texas, where she regularly appeared in federal court, handled grand jury investigations, and represented the United States through every stage of criminal proceedings. Ms. Dean also developed deep experience in complex federal litigation at a global law firm, managing multi‑agency investigations, leading dispositive motion practice, and supporting both bench and jury trials. In addition to her extensive litigation background, Ms. Dean leverages her training as a registered nurse to navigate fiduciary matters involving capacity, competency, elder financial exploitation, and medical‑related evidentiary issues. Her clinical insight enhances her ability to evaluate witness credibility, analyze medical records, and develop compelling case strategies. Ms. Dean earned her B.S. degree from Indiana State University, her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Howard University School of Law, and her LL.M. degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law. She is a member of the American Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association and the Women's Leadership Council of American Health Law Association. Ms. Dean is admitted to practice in Texas and Washington, D.C.

Jeffrey W. Greene
is a Litigation Shareholder in Greenberg Taurig, LLP's Boston office and serves as Co-Chair of the firm's global eDiscovery & eRetention Practice ,and Co-Chair of the Boston Litigation Department. He is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses his practice on litigation, information governance, healthcare and investigations that involve complex legal, factual and data management issues. Mr. Greene counsels clients through the entire information management lifecycle -from tailoring information governance programs to navigating court rules and legal decisions regarding the production of electronic information. He has developed programs that enable clients to meet their legal and business requirements and to take swift and appropriate action in response to requests for electronic information in connection with litigation or government investigations.

is the owner of The Law Office of Barry M. Snyder, P.A. He has more than 40 years of litigation experience focusing in the fields of personal injury, wrongful death, and criminal defense. Mr. Snyder is a board-certified civil trial lawyer, mediator and qualified arbitrator. He is also a NBTA certified trial lawyer. Mr. Snyder is AV rated with Martindale-Hubbel and voted Top Lawyers in Florida, Super Lawyer, and National Trial Lawyer's Top 100 Civil Plaintiff. He is admitted to practice in Florida, as well as federal court (Southern, Middle and Northern districts). is an attorney with Villeret Law Firm, LLC, where he practices in workers' compensation litigation, longshore and harbor workers' compensation, Social Security disability, and personal injury law. Mr. Villeret is also a skilled advocate who has successfully litigated multiple judge trials and handled complex appeals. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana. Mr. Villeret earned his B.S. degree in biological sciences from Louisiana State University; his M.PH. degree from the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Public Health in New Orleans, with a concentration in environmental and occupational health; and his J.D. degree from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
