She is a VA accredited attorney and a volunteer attorney with Wills for Heroes, an organization that provides pro bono estate planning services to veterans and first responders. Ms. Leger is also a member of various professional organizations, including the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; Elder Law, Disability Planning and Bioethics Group, American Bar Association; National Academy of Family Law Attorneys; and Louisiana State Bar Association. She earned her J.D. degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University and her B.A. degree from Louisiana State University.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
