Overview
From Appointment to Report to Cross-Examination
Custody cases are often won and lost on the strength of the professionals standing between your client and the judge - the GAL who wrote the report, the evaluator whose testing shaped the recommendation, the expert the other side just retained. Do you know how to work with these professionals and how to challenge them when they get it wrong? If not, this program closes the gap. Get the discovery insights, evidentiary foundations, and cross-examination techniques you need before your next custody case. Register today!
- Understand what custody professionals are authorized to do and trained to look for.
- Prepare your clients for interviews, home visits, and psychological testing.
- Attack a flawed report or unreliable testimony before it becomes the record the judge relies on.
- Recognize coercive control, parental alienation claims, and mandatory reporting triggers early enough to respond.
