Overview
Practical Fixes for Probate's Toughest Problems
Probate rarely proceeds as planned. Fiduciary disputes stall administration, missing heirs and family conflicts delay distributions, digital assets and cryptocurrency go untraced, and a single misstep with the inherited IRA rules can trigger IRS penalties for a client who was counting on sound advice. Left unresolved, these problems turn routine estates into prolonged fights that drain assets, damage family relationships, and expose fiduciaries and their attorneys to liability. This program delivers current, practical strategies for identifying and resolving probate's five most persistent problem areas. Move stalled estates toward resolution while protecting your clients, and yourself, along the way - register today!
- Regain control when personal representatives are absent, disputed, or unfit to serve.
- Resolve family controversies, missing-heir problems, and contested heirship claims.
- Locate, secure, and properly administer cryptocurrency and other digital assets.
- Manage creditor claims and limit fiduciary and attorney liability exposure.
- Apply the inherited IRA ten-year rule and other tax elections with confidence.
