is a dedicated trial attorney at Sayre Law Services, PLLC, based in Parkersburg, West Virginia. His practice centers on criminal defense and civil litigation in West Virginia, as well as veterans' disability claims before the Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Sayre earned his B.S. in Business Administration from West Virginia University at Parkersburg and his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law. While at WVU, he was a member of the Marlyn E. Lugar Trial Association and participated in mock trials. With extensive trial experience, he has successfully handled a wide range of cases, from simple misdemeanors to serious felonies, including murder and sex offenses. He has further honed his skills through Professional Certificates and training in Trial Skills from esteemed institutions such as the National Criminal Defense College, The Trial Lawyers College, and the NACDL's Forensic Science College at Cardozo Law School. Mr. Sayre serves on the West Virginia State Bar Criminal Law Committee, the NACDL's AI Task Force Committee, and the NACDL's Fourth Amendment Committee. He is admitted to practice law in West Virginia.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
