Spiro J. Verras
is the founding attorney and president of Verras Law, P.A., which maintains locations in Palm Harbor, St. Petersburg and Tampa. His current practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trusts, elder law, guardianships, corporate and commercial transactions. Mr. Verras is active in bar organizations, including the Clearwater Bar Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law, and Elder Law sections of The Florida Bar; Trusts, Estate, Probate and Immovable Property Law Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association; and Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law and LGBT Law sections of the State Bar of Texas. In addition to his state bar memberships, he has been admitted to practice in local and federal district courts, U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Verras is also a member of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree from Yale University and his J.D. degree from Tulane Law School.

Lora N. Williams
is sole owner of Williams Law Office, PC near Greensburg, Indiana, where her primary focus is estate and business planning. She also maintains a creditor collections practice in central Indiana. Ms. Williams is a frequent presenter for National Business Institute, and has previously taught business law courses at Indiana Wesleyan University and Butler University. She earned her B.A. degree from Purdue University, her J.D. degree from Syracuse University and her Master in Public Administration Degree from Syracuse University. Ms. Williams is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, Decatur County Bar Association and Kentucky Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in both Indiana and Kentucky.

Neal B. Jannol
is a sole practitioner in Los Angeles at the Law Office of Neal B. Jannol. He has been an attorney for more than 20 years, and concentrates his practice on sophisticated estate and tax planning for individual clients, the representation of individual and corporate fiduciaries, and the administration of estates and trusts. Mr. Jannol's experience includes drafting revocable and irrevocable trusts, business succession planning, premarital planning, charitable gift planning, and all aspects of estate administration and probate procedures. He is a member of the State Bar of California. Mr. Jannol earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles and his J.D. degree from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law.

David M. Taylor
is an attorney and managing member of two law firms: Twin Falls Estate Planning, PLLC, in Idaho and Red Cliffs Estate Planning, PLLC, in Utah. He is likewise licensed in both states. He focuses his practice on estate planning, trust administration, and business law. Mr. Taylor earned his bachelor's degree from Boise State University and his J.D. degree from Concordia University School of Law. While in law school, he interned for Idaho Estate Planning, an estate planning firm in Eagle, Idaho, where he developed a passion and knowledge for estate planning. Mr. Taylor also participated in Housing Clinic, where he represented tenants in landlord-tenant disputes. He and his wife are parents of boy-girl twins who were born a week after his first year of law school.
