Ms. Truszkowski brings a hands-on perspective to artificial intelligence and legal technology, grounded in implementing tools within a working law firm. With more than eight years of experience using Clio, alongside her work with Vincent AI, HubSpot, and Lexidesk.ai, she bridges business strategy and daily execution, helping attorneys, paralegals, and administrative teams translate technology into practical workflows. Her approach connects process improvement with training, adoption, and measurable outcomes, ensuring innovation delivers value beyond the demonstration. A national speaker, webinar leader, and panelist, Ms. Truszkowski has shared her expertise at ClioCon, Legalweek, and International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) events, and has lead panel discussions for Clio and ILTA. She has appeared on multiple podcasts and has been featured in articles on law firm leadership, culture, operations, and technology, including StrategicCHRO360's "How This Leader Transformed Her Law Firm Culture." Amanda Cesnek
is the Managing Paralegal at Grand Canyon Law Group, an Arizona criminal defense firm, where she oversees a team of 12 and focuses on legal operations, process improvement, technology, and team development. With more than a decade of experience in criminal law, she has worked in private criminal defense, public defense, and municipal prosecution, giving her a broad perspective on the criminal legal system and the demands of modern law practice. Ms. Cesnek specializes in building practical systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and client service. She has extensive experience in case preparation, discovery, legal research, trial support, staff training, and workflow development. She is also experienced with legal technology, including Clio Manage and focuses on helping legal teams translate technology into effective, sustainable workflows. A committed mentor and leader, Ms. Cesnek has obtained a Leadership Certificate from Arizona State University and NALA certificates in Legal Research and Writing and Strategic Storytelling for Legal Leaders. She holds a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Arizona State University and a Certificate of Completion in Paralegal Studies from Phoenix College’s ABA-certified program. Ms. Cesnek is also a certified Clio Administrator and certified in Clio Work (foundation, litigation, & transactional). She brings a practical, people-centered approach to legal operations and leadership, helping firms strengthen their teams, improve their processes, and adopt technology while maintaining a strong focus on client service.

Kaitlyn D. Monck
is an attorney at Law Office of Ariel Brownell Lee. She is a California family law attorney who has exclusively practiced family law throughout the Greater Sacramento and Bay Area regions since becoming licensed. Her practice encompasses a broad range of family law matters, including dissolution, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, child custody and visitation, restraining orders, adoptions, and termination of parental rights. Ms. Monck brings a practical, compassionate approach to family law, with a particular appreciation for the complexities that families face during periods of significant transition. She earned her law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she worked full time while completing the evening program. During law school, Ms. Monck participated in the Homeless Advocacy Clinic, representing individuals experiencing homelessness and advocating for clients seeking Social Security disability benefits and restraining orders. Her commitment to hands-on advocacy was recognized with the Outstanding Student Achievement Award. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Monck began her legal career as a paralegal before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, where she served as a Housing Director for an organization supporting women and children experiencing homelessness. Her experiences working in both the legal and nonprofit communities have shaped her perspective on advocacy and strengthened her understanding of the real-world challenges facing individuals and families navigating the legal system. Ms. Monck is passionate about the practice of family law and the opportunity to help clients navigate some of the most personal and consequential legal issues of their lives. She brings a grounded, client-focused perspective to conversations about family law, drawing on both her legal experience and her background in community-based advocacy. Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Monck enjoys playing volleyball, baking with her sourdough starter, and tending to her garden.
