Overview
Work Smarter, Stand Out, and Prove Your Value
The new associate playbook has changed. The research, drafting, document review, and other “junior work” you were trained to grind through is increasingly being accelerated or automated by AI. Taking hours to produce something AI can help produce in minutes is no longer necessarily a virtue. So what does it take to stand out now?
This practical CLE explores what high-performing associateship looks like in the AI era—from faster, higher-quality research and drafting to the judgment and legal instincts technology can’t replace. Find out where AI can give you an edge, where relying on it can quietly hold you back, and how new AI skills and ideas can make you an increasingly valuable member of the firm. Register today!
- Stand out as the associate who knows how to use AI without becoming dependent on it.
- Discover what makes a new associate valuable when traditional “junior work” is increasingly automated.
- Catch bad citations, poorly construed legal arguments, and other AI mistakes before the partner does.
- Bring creative AI skills and workflows back to the firm that can save real time and money.
