Lawrence S. Glosser
is a partner with Ahlers Cressman & Sleight PLLC. Mr. Glosser is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of real estate transactions and financing. He brings his past entrepreneurial experience to the practice of law, enabling him to understand both the legal and business issues presented in each transaction. Mr. Glosser assists clients with understanding and evaluating legal issues associated with real estate and business transactions, enabling clients to analyze risk, and make informed business decisions. He graduated, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. Mr. Glosser is admitted to practice in Washington and before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.

Serena Sayani
is of counsel with Stokes Lawrence, P.S., practicing in both real estate and related business transactions. She concentrates her commercial real estate practice on acquisitions, dispositions, development, construction and leasing. Ms. Sayani's practice includes structuring complex real estate transactions for all real estate product types, including office, retail, multi-family, industrial projects and hotels located across the United States for real estate investment trusts, public and private pension plans, tax-exempt investors, developers, and other businesses. She has substantial expertise in the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, office and retail leases, and joint venture documents. Ms. Sayani provides counsel to her clients in multi-million dollar development and construction transactions involving drafting and negotiating development, design, construction, and other related agreements. On the corporate side, she works with privately held, startup, and emerging growth companies on debt and equity financings, private placement offering materials, and commercial agreements. She earned her B.A.C.S. degree from University of Western Ontario and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from New York Law School.

Zac DeLap
is an attorney with Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. in the firm's Real Estate Group. He primarily focuses his practice on real estate transactions, easements, CC&Rs, and condominium formation. Additionally, having served as senior claims counsel to the United States' foremost provider of escrow services and title insurance, Mr. DeLap offers insight on a broad range of title-related matters. In addition to offering his real estate and title expertise, he is well-trained in dispute resolution. His problem-solving skills were honed by his education at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University, which is consistently ranked as one of the top dispute resolution programs internationally. Mr. DeLap earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Pepperdine University, his M.A. degree, Second Class Honors First Division, from the University of Auckland and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law. He is a member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Asian Bar Association of Washington, National Association of Asian American Professionals, Seattle Minority Owned Restaurant Support Group, American Culinary Federation, and the Washington State Chefs Association. Mr. DeLap is admitted to practice in Washington and Colorado.

Christopher G. Britt
is an attorney with Lucent Law, PLLC, where he focuses on real estate matters, estate planning and probate, guardianships, business formation, and other transactional law matters to help clients generate and pass wealth on to the most important people in their lives. Mr. Britt has also litigated real estate matters for clients, including tax sale issues, reclamation of funds from a tax sale, quiet title matters, and foreclosure matters as a means to protect what they have built. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Memphis, his M.A. degree from Louisiana State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis. Mr. Britt is a member of the Spokane City Plan Commission, Spokane Low Income Housing Consortium Land Bank, Tennessee Bar Association, Washington Bar Association and the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. He is admitted to practice in Washington and Tennessee.
