Kevin R. Diamond
is a shareholder at Thorndal Armstrong Delk Balkenbush & Eisinger. He has primarily practiced in the areas of personal injury defense, products liability, premises liability, business law, general civil litigation, bad faith, construction defect litigation and real estate law. Mr. Diamond has had a vast array of clients, including hotels, construction companies, transit companies, insurance companies, fitness clubs, grocery stores, restaurants, insurance agents, shopping malls and apartment complexes. He has been involved in the Trial by Peers Program, and has served as a mentor for UNLV students and judges mock trial competitions. Mr. Diamond is a court appointed arbitrator, short trial judge and mediator. He has also been a professor for UNLV's Hotel College.

Christine Hummel
is the president and founder of Hummel Consultation Services, a national legal consultation practice specializing in the application of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to workers' compensation, liability and no-fault cases. She is an active attorney with licensure in the state of Colorado. With more than 19 years of experience in Medicare compliance, Ms. Hummel is a published author and popular speaker on a wide array of topics related to Medicare compliance. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Health Law Section) and the Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Hummel's legal experience work includes Medicaid, probate and elder law. She donates a significant amount of time volunteering with the Federal Park Service, giving presentations on the roles of women during the American War of Independence. Ms. Hummel earned her B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.

David F. Sampson
is the owner of the Law Office of David Sampson LLC, and is a certified specialist in personal injury law. His focus is on litigation and he often is associated as counsel to take cases to trial. Mr. Sampson has received numerous awards over the years, recognizing his excellence as a practitioner and litigator. He is admitted to practice in Nevada and Oregon, and before the United States District Court, District of Nevada and the United States Courts, Ninth Judicial Circuit. Mr. Sampson is a member of the Nevada Justice Association, State Bar of Nevada and Clark County Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School.
