A member of the New Jersey State and Pennsylvania bar associations, Mr. Kuzmin has actively litigated matters venued in state and federal court in those jurisdictions, obtaining numerous positive outcomes for his clients. He has served as lead counsel on several mass tort cases in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is a real estate and construction litigator and trial lawyer who has litigated and tried all types of real estate cases, including landlord-tenant, real estate finance, partnership, construction, homeowner association, and broker disputes. Mr. Goodkin currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Real Estate Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and was previously chair of the Construction Subsection for two years. In addition to litigation, he focuses on managing all risks naturally arising from contracts used during the real estate and construction process in an attempt to avoid litigation for his clients. Mr. Goodkin is currently focusing on construction defect litigation, including new claims associated with the California Legislature's passage of the right to repair law otherwise known as SB800. He earned his B.A. degree from Claremont Men's College and the University of California, Los Angeles; and his J.D. degree from Loyola Marymount University.

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
