Andrew L. Crabtree
is the principal of the Law Offices of Andrew L. Crabtree, P.C., where his firm focuses on transactional and litigated real estate, landlord-tenant, construction and general commercial business matters. Mr. Crabtree has a broad background in residential condominium development and sales in commercial leasing, and represents commercial owners, developers, purchasers and tenants, including a national franchise chain, in commercial leasing and landlord and tenant matters. He represents businesses and individuals in federal and state trial courts, as well as in arbitrations and before administrative tribunals involving commercial disputes, constitutional claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, business torts, unfair competition, employment claims, trade secrets and intellectual property cases. Mr. Crabtree also represents contractors, owners, developers, design professionals, municipalities and state agencies relating to public and private construction and development projects, mechanics' liens, commercial lease disputes and landlord-tenant matters. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Suffolk County Bar Association. Mr. Crabtree earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from Fordham University Law School.

William L. Kuzmin
is a member with Cohen Placitella & Roth P.C., in Red Bank, New Jersey. He focuses his work on representing those injured through mass tort, with a specialty in asbestos related disease, medical malpractice, and catastrophic incident personal injury. A member of the New Jersey State and Pennsylvania bar associations, Mr. Kuzmin has actively litigated matters venued in state and federal court in those jurisdictions, obtaining numerous positive outcomes for his clients. He has served as lead counsel on several mass tort cases in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. An active participant in the courtroom, Mr. Kuzmin is experienced in all facets of trial practice, including pre-trial preparation, voir dire, and direct and cross-examination of witnesses. He is a member of the American Association of Justice and New Jersey Association of Justice. Mr. Kuzmin earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers University and his J.D. degree from the Rutgers University School of Law-Newark.

Daniel L. Goodkin
is a founding partner of Goodkin APC. He is a real estate and construction litigator and trial lawyer who has litigated and tried all types of real estate cases, including landlord-tenant, real estate finance, partnership, construction, homeowner association, and broker disputes. Mr. Goodkin currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Real Estate Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and was previously chair of the Construction Subsection for two years. In addition to litigation, he focuses on managing all risks naturally arising from contracts used during the real estate and construction process in an attempt to avoid litigation for his clients. Mr. Goodkin is currently focusing on construction defect litigation, including new claims associated with the California Legislature's passage of the right to repair law otherwise known as SB800. He earned his B.A. degree from Claremont Men's College and the University of California, Los Angeles; and his J.D. degree from Loyola Marymount University.

William D. Ashwell
is an attorney with Ashwell & Ashwell, PLLC. He practices in the areas of civil litigation, land use and zoning, appellate advocacy, business and commercial law, and trust and estate planning. Mr. Ashwell is admitted to practice in Virginia and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and Fauquier Bar Association, and serves on the Virginia State Bar Seventh District Disciplinary Committee. Mr. Ashwell earned his B.A. degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.
