Richard M. Kerger
is a partner at The Kerger Law Firm LLC located in Toledo, Ohio, where he specializes in trials and appeals. He is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers, American Board of Trial Advocates, International Society of Barristers, and the American, Ohio State (member, Board of Governors 1993-96; chairman, Federal Court and Practice Committee 1985-87) and Toledo bar associations. Mr. Kerger has been selected as senior counsel in The College of Master Advocates and Barristers. He has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers of America since 1994 in business litigation and in criminal defense since 2002. Mr. Kerger was an adjunct professor at the University of Toledo College of Law, where he taught "Litigation - Strategy & Tactics". He is the author of The Art of Being a Trial Lawyer published in 2005 and The Client's Guide to Litigation published in 2007; and a co-author of Commercial Litigation in Ohio published in 1995. Mr. Kerger has also been selected as one of Ohio's Super Lawyers by Cincinnati Magazine for 2004 through 2023. He lectures and writes on legal topics for a variety of organizations and publications. Mr. Kerger earned his B.A. degree in journalism from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from The Ohio State University College of Law.

F. David Rusin
is a trial attorney and serves as the attorney manager of William Mattar, P.C. As a civil trial lawyer for over 40 years, he has handled a variety of cases including serious personal injury, automobile liability, premises liability and civil rights violations cases. Mr. Rusin is listed as a New York Super Lawyer, and has been chosen by his peers to be included on a Western New York Legal Elite Attorney list. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the state of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Western and Northern districts of New York, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York and the District of Arizona, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Rusin is a frequent lecturer on a wide variety of topics, including issues related to personal injury and automobile liability litigation, no-fault issues, lien issues, insurance coverage, ethics, and social media. He earned his B.A. degree from The State University of New York at Buffalo and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.

Stanton T. Mathews
is the principal in the trial law specialty firm Bear Republic Law APC, located in Orange County, California. The firm focuses its expertise on the prosecution of civil wrongdoers, individual, corporate and governmental, whose conduct causes personal injury and economic loss. Mr. Mathews is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a selected member of the Bar Register of Pre-Eminent Lawyers in America, and his jury verdicts seat him with the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is the co-author of the widely used California Practice Guide, California Causes of Action, published by James Publishing. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, Orange County Trial Lawyers, and Western Trial Lawyers Association.

Brent Owen
is a partner with Haynes Boone. He is a first-chair trial lawyer trusted by clients to handle high-stakes litigation. Mr. Owen's experience includes trials in both state and federal courts before judges and juries and in arbitration tribunals. A former law clerk to the Colorado Supreme Court, he brings creative approaches to resolve litigation in a client's favor as early as possible. If that fails, Mr. Owen is well situated to go to trial on the merits and will protect a client's interests through appeal. He has been retained shortly before trial and achieved favorable outcomes in those instances. Mr. Owen's experience includes litigating a wide range of complicated environmental issues, including "forever chemicals," Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA) lawsuits, and state environmental laws. He has obtained multimillion-dollar judgments, defense verdicts in cases with seven-figure exposure and multimillion-dollar settlements. During law school, Mr. Owen externed for the Honorable Kristen L. Mix and the Honorable Christine Arguello at the U.S. District Court in the District of Colorado. Following law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nancy E. Rice of the Colorado Supreme Court. Mr. Owen earned his B.A. degree from Wofford College and his J.D. degree from University of Colorado. He is on the Colorado Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Procedure, founding board member and secretary of Academy 360, member of Colorado Succeeds Talent Task Force-Colorado Succeeds Advisory Council, and the Daniels Fund Scholarship Selection Review Committee. Mr. Owen is admitted to practice in New Mexico, Wyoming and Colorado; and before the U.S. District Court, districts of Colorado, Northern District of Illinois and District of Connecticut; U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh, Ninth and Tenth circuits; and United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Denny earned his B.A. degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas and his J.D. degree from Baylor University.
