Speaker bio
Jonathan Little
is an attorney with Minyard Morris, a family law firm in Newport Beach, California. Board-certified as a specialist in family law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Little has more than 18 years of legal experience, and he provides outstanding representation, advice and support to clients throughout Orange County who are going through a divorce or other family law issues. Mr. Little has presented for National Business Institute and other bar associations MCLE’s on family law issues. Mr. Little has also received several commendations for his pro bono and volunteer work for the poor and disadvantaged, including serving as a board member for Community Legal Aid SoCal, volunteering with pro bono legal clinics, and a perennial volunteer for the Constitutional Rights Foundation mock trial competition. On the weekends, he also finds time to volunteer with his community in local youth sports, including coaching and refereeing. Mr. Little earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Point Loma Nazarene University, summa cum laude, and his Juris Doctor at American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. He is admitted to practice before all superior courts in the state of California, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Central districts of California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Francesca Carinci
is a sole practitioner and small-town lawyer who will take a personal interest in her cases and give individualized attention. Ms. Carinci practices in the areas of family law, divorce and tax. She regularly assists clients with tax-related matters and QDROS. She is a trial attorney and former magistrate in domestic relations, as well as a former juvenile court magistrate. Ms. Carinci regularly practices in several counties, such as Harrison, Belmont and Columbiana, as well as Jefferson. She has also practiced in Cuyahoga, Franklin and Stark counties. An experienced trial lawyer, Ms. Carinci has served as council on numerous nationally significant cases. She has been very active in the local community and serves on many boards for charitable organizations. Ms. Carinci has worked as an adjunct professor at Eastern Gateway Community College, teaching real estate law for over 23 years. She earned her B.S. degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville and her J.D. degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.

is an attorney at Sanghvi Law P.C. She focuses her practice on family law, civil litigation and criminal defense. Ms. Sanghvi earned her J.D. degree from Whittier Law School. She is admitted to practice law in Indiana, Illinois, and California.

Adam Z. Harness
is the digital collections and initiatives instructional librarian at Charleston School of Law. He is a law librarian with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Before working at the Charleston School of Law, Mr. Harness was a Title IV-D attorney with the state of Tennessee handling over 400 cases per month and previously ran his own paperless law firm litigating juvenile and family law cases throughout east Tennessee involving juvenile delinquency, termination of parental rights, severe abuse, and dependency and neglect cases using various technologies, including Microsoft Outlook, to keep track of client information and case details. He has over a decade of experience using Microsoft Office for both personal and legal purposes. Mr. Harness earned his B.A., M.L.I.S and M.P.P.A. degrees from the University of Tennessee; his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law; and his LL.M. degree in law and government specializing in law, politics and legislation from American University Washington College of Law.

Richard S. Koblentz
is an attorney with Koblentz, Penvose & Froning, LLC. He devotes the greatest portion of his practice to the area of professional responsibility, including legal ethics, attorney discipline, bar admission representation, representation in the areas of attorney conflicts of interest, disqualification of counsel, law firm formations and dissolutions, legal malpractice representation as both plaintiff and defense counsel, and service as an expert witness. Mr. Koblentz also practices in the areas of complex and general civil litigation, criminal defense, probate, real estate, small business counseling and domestic relations. He has served as president of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association, is an officer of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, and is a member of the Council of Visitors at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. He earned his B.S. degree from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Jason F. Hicks
is an assistant county attorney with Guilford County, North Carolina. He is licensed in both Tennessee and North Carolina. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hicks has practiced family/divorce law, probate and litigation, as well as elder law, juvenile law, and local government law. He is a member of the District 24 (North Carolina), Putnam County (Tennessee), Tennessee, North Carolina, and American bar associations. Mr. Hicks is currently the president of the North Carolina DSS Attorney's Association. He is past-president of the Putnam County Bar Association and the Upper Cumberland Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Hicks is also the past vice-president of the Tennessee Bar Association-Young Lawyers Division. He is a frequent speaker at legal education seminars, having presented over forty CLE presentations. Mr. Hicks is a barrister member of the Guilford Chapter, American Inn of Courts. He earned his B.A. degree from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville and his J.D. degree from Faulkner University, Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.
