Janelle A. Tanenbaum
is an attorney at Seder Law, a full-service boutique law firm, headquartered in Worcester, Massachusetts. Ms. Tanenbaum advises clients in matters of family law and litigation, focusing on divorce and post-divorce matters, probate and guardianship cases, estate litigation, and commercial and business disputes. She routinely provides legal guidance to individuals and closely held businesses on matters concerning matrimonial and family disputes involving division of assets, business, trust, and tax issues. Ms. Tanenbaum is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law in Boston and Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania.

is an associate in Nixon Peabody LLP's private clients group and a member of the international private clients team. She represents clients in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and tax planning matters, with a focus on working with international clients, their families, and their advisors. Ms. Crean earned her J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.A. degree from Mount Holyoke College. She is a member of the Trusts & Estates Consortium, Boston Bar Association and the International Bar Association (IBA). Ms. Crean is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Andree M. Saulnier
is of counsel with Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP, where she helps high net-worth clients to grow and protect multi-generational wealth. She has extensive experience in drafting and administering estate and trust plans; knowledge of current estate tax laws, including estate tax minimization, planned giving, business succession, and use of family limited partnerships; and estate planning for pension benefits and families with disabled children. In addition to providing estate planning and other advice to clients, Ms. Saulnier oversees the Choate Family Office Services estate administration practice. She earned her B.A. degree from Wesleyan University and her J.D. degree, cum laude from Boston College Law School. Ms. Saulnier is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Boston Bar Association; the Board of Directors for Episcopal City Mission and a member of the Trustees of Donations for the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.

is an attorney with Nixon Peabody LLP, where he focuses his practice on all aspects of estate and tax planning as well as probate and trust administration. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the state of Rhode Island. Mr. Caswell is co-chair of the New Developments Committee of the Boston Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section; active member of the Rhode Island Bar Association's Committee on Probate and Trust Law; and the section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law of the American Bar Association. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, cum laude, and earned his law degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.

She also advises fiduciaries, trustees, and family members in the administration and settlement of trusts and estates. Ms. Newton was on the editorial board for MCLE's Elder and Disability Law in Massachusetts, 1st Edition 2023. She earned her B.A. degree from Boston College and her J.D. degree from Northeastern University. Ms. Newton is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Worcester Bar Association, Estate and Business Planning Council of Worcester County and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. George L. Goodridge
is a partner with Bulkley, Richardson and Gelinas, LLP where over two decades he has practiced in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and business law. He has represented clients in a variety of matters in state and federal courts involving will contests, actions to terminate and modify trusts, fiduciary litigation, guardianships and conservatorships. Mr. Goodridge works closely with estate planning clients to implement a comprehensive plan that meets the family's goals and advises fiduciaries about probate, estate taxes, trust funding and administration. He serves as counsel to nonprofit organizations and has a particular interest in working with land trusts and private landowners on land protection projects. Mr. Goodridge earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, his J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his candidate for LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Vermont, U.S. Court for the District of Massachusetts, U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
