William J. Dutel
is the owner and managing attorney of Dutel Law Firm. He focuses his practice in wills, trusts and estates, and successions, as well as will, succession and trust litigation. Mr. Dutel also represents businesses and their owners, and handles business litigation. He lectures to various groups on estate planning, wills, successions and trusts, and related litigation. Mr. Dutel is a member of the 22nd Judicial District Court Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Kentucky. Mr. Dutel earned his B.S. degree in accounting from the University of New Orleans and his J.D. degree from Tulane University School of Law.

Christie L. Tournet
is a St. Tammany Parish estate planning/administration attorney. She provides counseling related to real estate and commercial issues. Ms. Tournet further assists families and businesses with proper planning, dealing with unexpected events, and conflict resolution. Her plans are comprehensive and personal. Prior to becoming a counselor, Ms. Tournet extensively worked in the Greater New Orleans and St. Tammany Parish real estate and construction industries for over a decade, assisting with the development and management of numerous residential and commercial properties. Also prior to becoming an attorney, she became a Louisiana notary public and held an active Louisiana realtor license for over ten years. Ms. Tournet harnesses her unique, real-world background to effectively resolve her clients' concerns, and she appreciates the importance of providing early case evaluation and continued communication. She graduated, summa cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans, with a double major in economics and international business. Then, Ms. Tournet pursued her Juris Doctorate degree at Loyola University New Orleans School of Law's evening program, while she continued to work full-time. Loyola University School of Law awarded her the LaNasa-Greco Endowed Scholarship and the Loyola Law Excellence Award in probate. Ms. Tournet remains actively involved in her community and the industries she represents. She is a member of the Northshore Wealth & Planning Professionals, National Association of Estate Planners, the 22nd JDC Bar and the 22nd JDC Inn of Court. Ms. Tournet also performs pro bono work for Southeast Louisiana Legal Services, and participates in their Volunteers for Veterans and the Wills for Heroes programs.

Frank DiVittorio
is the sole member of The DiVittorio Law Firm. He practices in the areas of business law, real estate, estate planning, and succession litigation. Mr. DeVittorio is also the sole member of and legal counsel of Victory Title, a real estate title company. He sits on the board of the Hammond Downtown Development District. Mr. DiVittorio has previously served on the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Greater Hammond Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the state courts of Louisiana; the United States Supreme Court; the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; United States District Court, Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Louisiana; and United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Louisiana. Mr. DiVittorio is also licensed to write title insurance policies in the state of Louisiana. He was previously a partner of Chehardy Sherman Williams Murray Recile Stakelum & Hayes, LLP. Mr. DiVittorio earned his B.S. degree from Louisiana State University and his J.D. degree and sports law certificate from Tulane University Law School.

Robert T. Weimer, IV
is a partner in the law firm of Brown Weimer, LLC, where he manages the estate/succession litigation section of the firm. Mr. Weimer also has extensive experience in mental health litigation and family law matters. He counsels clients through complex successions; and guides clients through succession law controversies among executors, heirs, and legatees. Additionally, he has represented clients in a wide variety of family law matters, including custody, visitation, divorce, tutorship, and curatorship. He is a frequent lecturer in Louisiana estate matters. Mr. Weimer earned his B.S. degree from the University of South Alabama and his J.D. degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Texas; and is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association.
