is the owner of Mosson Law LLC, in Maryland, and practices in the fields of Plaintiff's employment law, Social Security and private-insurance disability benefits, and select areas of civil law. His employee rights practice focuses on representing employees in claims of illegal discrimination and retaliation, disability rights violations, FMLA violations, wrongful terminations, religious and disability accommodations at work, owed commissions and wages, and he consults on severance negotiations, post-employment covenants, and related concerns. Mr. Mosson earned his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and has an MFA from New England College, MA from the Johns Hopkins Writing Seminars, and BA in English from Portland State University. Mr. Mosson has taught as an adjunct legal writing professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law, and published legal scholarship in the University of Baltimore Law Review and Western State University Law Review.  In 2021, he authored and published: Employee Rights in Maryland: A Concise Guide to Knowing and Protecting Your Rights (Advantage Books).

How do I access my courses?

Do you have options for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing?

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.

Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives a special discount off of their total tuition.
When will the OnDemand be available and how long will I have access to the content?
